Our 360 Litre Wheelie Bins are filled with Kiln-Dried Hardwood.

They are a very convenient way to receive your logs as you do not have to unpack from bulk-bags. We simply wheel your bin to your chosen location (see delivery guidance). We leave the bin in position until you use your logs, then simply get in touch for us to come and take away the bin or place an order for a new one!

Ravensby Firewood Wheelie Bins have a drop front meaning easy-access to your firewood. They are a great solution for those who require a smaller volume, lack storage space, have accessibility or mobility issues or simply do not want the hassle of stacking logs away from a bulk-bag or a tipped load.

KILN-DRIED ASH INFORMATION

Ash is our premium firewood, it is a wood that burns with a bright flame (like Birch) then dies down to a steady solid, long heat (like Oak). The logs are cut to 10" length but are slightly thinner than our mixed hardwood so are suitable for smaller fires. Even though the logs are slightly narrower, they give off an amazing long heat!

KILN-DRIED HARDWOOD INFORMATION
Our bins hold around 0.4m3 and are filled with a premium mix of hardwoods, including Beech, Birch, Alder, and Sycamore—carefully chosen for their excellent burn quality and affordability.

These hardwoods are ideal for a range of uses, from log burners and open fires to hot tubs, saunas, and fire pits, providing long-lasting heat and a steady burn.

Each bin is loosely filled with one or more of these quality firewood's, ensuring you’ll always receive a fantastic blend, though the exact mix of species may vary, all of our firewood is selected for its high performance and value.

Our bins hold 360 litres of logs, at the time of writing a major supplier was providing 16 litre bags of logs for £8. It would take around 22 supermarket bags to fill our bin! What's more? Our logs are cut chunkier so will last longer in your fire. All round great value!

We have a limited stock of bins so they will be sold on a first come first served basis.

We will do our very best to place your wheelie bin where you wish us to at your property (WITHIN REASON!)

Please remember the bins are extremely heavy and wide so narrow paths, steps or deep chippy stones may mean we have to leave your bin at a different area of your property than you would prefer.

If you are unsure if your location is suitable for a wheelie bin delivery please get in touch and we will be happy to assist.

IMPORTANT - The wheelie bins remain the property of Ravensby Firewood and we will collect the empty bin when you have finished using it. Please contact us when finished for us to collect, of course if you require more simply place another order and we will deliver your new logs when we collect your empty bin. If we have not heard from you in 8 weeks we will contact you to arrange collection.
